Jamie Primosch, PA-C, MPH

Psychiatric Physician Associate/Assistant

Jamie Davis Primosch is a Gainesville native who completed her Physician Associate training at Emory University in 2009.  After living in Atlanta, Georgia, she decided to return to her roots in Gainesville and has been serving the medical needs of our community for the past 10 years.  Jamie attended the University of Florida where she received her undergraduate degree as well as a Master’s degree in Public Health.   After her undergraduate degree she spent more than 2 years abroad serving in the United States Peace Corps.

Jamie has a true passion for mental health and psychiatry and has trained over the past several years under experienced adult and pediatric psychiatrists.  She enjoys staying up-to-date with the latest psychiatric recommendations and studies by attending medical conferences and engaging in self-study.

In her practice she utilizes evidence-based medicine to guide and educate her patients and treatments, and believes strongly in the practitioner-patient relationship to choose treatments that will achieve positive outcomes.  In providing treatment, Jamie takes time to get to know her patients and has a comprehensive approach with her patients, ensuring a personalized treatment plan tailored to the individual. She rejects one-size-fits-all solutions, and instead allows a full personal understanding to inform the best path for treatment.

In Jamie’s free time you will find her on the tennis court, enjoying the outdoor nature and beauty of Alachua County, attending Gator sporting events, and most often being a cheerleader for her 9 and 12 years olds.  She especially enjoys doing just about anything with her husband of over 16 years, Jeremy.

Jamie is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Florida, New York, and Pennsylvania.

Justin Davis, MD

Board Certified Family Practice Physician

JUSTIN DAVIS, M.D., or “Doc Davis”, is a native Floridian and a pioneer in integrative and alternative medicine delivery, as well as a forerunner in the resurgence of housecalls and boutique medicine. He is a board-certified physician in Florida and California. His former practice, The House Doctor, was one of San Francisco's top-rated practices for over ten years before he moved back to Gainesville, Florida to be closer to family. Dr. Davis received his M.D. from the University of Florida and completed his Family Practice residency in Allentown, Pennsylvania, at Lehigh Valley Family Practice.

As a child, Dr. Davis already knew that he wanted to be a doctor. His passion for healing evolved from growing up among nature and animals in rural Florida. There he learned from a young age that keeping living things healthy requires extensive preventative care and a holistic approach to body, soul, and environment. While classically trained in all the clinical and technological advances of modern medicine, Dr. Davis also has a deep appreciation of cultural anthropology, and the natural sciences, all of which he integrates into his medical philosophy.

He has also lived, studied, and traveled abroad extensively. Dr. Davis studied yoga and meditation in Bangalore, India, and later traveled solo through India for six months volunteering his medical expertise across a stretch of 500 miles from Rajasthan to Gujarat. On this adventure, his only mode of transportation was a camel that he bought and trained himself. Dr. Davis also lived for one year in Beijing, China, where he studied and practiced the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture through the World Health Organization.
